Once you've taken that, you can mop up the remaining settlements as you please. Once you have amassed this doomstack, go straight for their 'king settlement.' Take the Orcs of the Misty Mountains - don't bother with small fry like the Motte and Bailey or Wooden Palisade, go straight for Moria.
For Dwarves, it's Vault Wardens + Ballista. For Elves, it's an archer plus cav spam (mostly cav spam though). Find out what your faction's doomstack is.
